Travel terms and conditions for Pelle`s Reiser

General travel conditions

Pelle`s Reiser will make the traveller aware of the rights and obligations that apply between Pelle`s Reiser and the traveller. This is done through these terms and conditions, which the traveller must read carefully. Pelle's Travels draws particular attention to the fact that animals are not permitted (with the exception of guide dogs). The traveller must take care of any relevant conditions, such as desired insurance etc.

Pelle`s Reiser reserves the right to make price changes and printing errors in text, images and links on our website. We reserve the right to make changes that may occur after catalogues and brochures have been printed, such as changes in prices and conditions, changes in the itinerary that may occur due to unforeseen events, and incorrect information that may be due to printing errors. Changes as a result of the aforementioned will be announced through attachments/special print and/or other suitable communication channels.

Complaints about any deficiencies in connection with the trip must be made immediately to Pelle's Traveller's representative on site. Otherwise, the customer loses the right to invoke the defect. Otherwise, complaints must be made no later than 1 month after returning home, unless special reasons make it reasonable to extend the complaint deadline. Comments on any questionnaires submitted will not be registered or regarded as a written complaint.

PRIVATE TRAVEL-SINGLE TRAVELLER-APPLIES TO SIGHTSEEING, PREIKESTOLBUS, MOUNTAIN BUS, DAY TRIPS AND DAY EVENTS. GENERAL.

Single travellers are defined as journeys where the traveller can participate as an individual without being part of a predefined group.

Children are from 0-12 years. Adults from 13 years.

Cancellation of single travellers

According to our terms and conditions, there are no refunds on tickets for single travellers. The booking is binding after you have confirmed the trip. We recommend that you have travel insurance with cancellation insurance, and that you contact your insurance company if you need to cancel due to illness. It is then the insurance company that makes the actual refund in cases where this applies.

On trips where you can choose to pay on board the bus, the booker/traveller will be invoiced if they do not show up. The invoice amount is set to the value of the booking + invoice fee.

Changes in price

Pelle's Travels reserves the right to make price changes that may occur due to new or increasing taxes and duties, changed exchange rates, or similar circumstances that Pelle's Travels does not have access to or should have foreseen.

Terms and conditions for deposits

Some subcontractors require a deposit in advance. If Pelle's Travels is not reimbursed for its expenses in the event of cancellation by the customer, the customer is obliged to cover the costs in full.

The traveller's obligations

The traveller shall pay the agreed remuneration no later than the time stipulated in Pelle's Traveller's terms and conditions. The traveller must not act in such a way that it is a nuisance to fellow travellers. Anyone who signs someone up for a trip must take responsibility for the traveller being able to manage on their own. Our tour guides do not have the capacity to provide special assistance to travellers who cannot manage on their own. In principle, travellers must be self-reliant or bring their own companion. If the traveller grossly disregards his/her duties, he/she may be refused to participate or be excluded from the rest of the trip, without him/her being able to claim a refund from Pelle`s Reiser. In the event of exclusion after the trip has begun, the traveller may be required to bear the costs of the return journey. The traveller may be held liable for damages if he/she intentionally or negligently inflicts losses on Pelle`s Reiser, among other things by not complying with the provisions mentioned above. The traveller must provide the necessary papers for the trip.

Pelles Reiser cannot guarantee a seat on the bus if a ticket has not been purchased. For the sake of fellow travellers and safety on board, it is No animals or bicycles allowed on the journey.

Exceptions: Guide dogs assisting visually impaired persons are permitted, provided that valid documentation can be presented upon request.

Cancellation of travel

Pelle's Traveller's right to cancel the trip applies if:

  1. If a sufficient number of participants do not sign up
  2. Pelle`s Reiser shall notify the traveller of the cancellation as soon as possible. When a trip is cancelled, the traveller is entitled to a full refund of the price of the trip. Beyond this, the traveller cannot make a claim, unless he has suffered a loss due to Pelle's Travel's error or negligence.
